Midform Holding ApS, Denmark announced today that it has purchased SIS-USA Incorporated located in Londonderry, New Hampshire USA. In the deal, Midform takes over the full share capital.

Alan Morse, president of SIS-USA, inc. announced a new alliance where the New Hampshire based company will have the North American rights to market two product lines from the well established Loughborough, Leicestershire UK headquartered company, Anthony Hill Designs Limited, d.b.a. Stage Systems.

The two companies have agreed to pursue a joint venture to market the learning and working styles-based consulting and training services of PCI through SIS' domestic operation, which markets flexible, adjustable technology-oriented office and educational furniture.
